Your Rights and Responsibilities

When you use our website or visit our studio, you agree to treat our staff, other clients, and the space with respect. That means arriving on time, following any health guidelines we share, and letting us know if you have medical conditions that could affect a massage.

We keep your personal information private. Your name, email, and payment details are stored securely and never shared with third parties unless the law requires it. If you want to see or delete your data, just contact us and we’ll handle the request promptly.

You're allowed to browse, book, and cancel appointments for personal use only. Sharing login details, reselling our services, or using automated tools to snag slots is not allowed. Breaking these rules may lead to your account being suspended or cancelled.

Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

All bookings are confirmed once the payment is processed. We accept major credit cards and online payment methods. Prices listed on the site include taxes unless we state otherwise.

If you need to cancel, let us know at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made later than that will be charged a 50% fee, and no‑show appointments are charged in full. This policy helps us keep the schedule open for other clients who need a slot.

Refunds are only given for services we cannot provide, such as a therapist calling in sick at the last minute. In that case, we’ll either reschedule you or refund the full amount, whichever you prefer.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the new version will be posted on this page and the date will be updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
